Victoria Farrelly Msc Mbpss

Victoria Farrelly MSc MBPsS is an experienced professional in talent management and learning, currently serving as a Board Trustee at Bristol Animal Rescue Centre since October 2022. Previously, Victoria held the position of Director, Talent & Learning at Rainforest Alliance from January 2023 to May 2024, and served in various roles at Korn Ferry, including Director and Head of Learning Design from October 2020 to December 2022. Earlier career highlights include positions as Senior Business Psychologist at The Wellbeing Project (Europe) Ltd and Senior Consultant at TMP Worldwide UK and SHL.
