Gayle Ulrich has been working in the accounting and finance industry since 1999. Gayle began their career at Leonard's Antiques as a Systems/Operations Manager, where they managed warehouse and inventory staff, developed procedures to improve communication between departments and work flow, and implemented a bar coded inventory system. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Finance/Operation Manager at Yomega Corp., where they were responsible for operations, sales and integrity of financial information, budgeting, cost analysis, inventory levels, flow of information, customer service, analyzing and reviewing financials, representing the company as needed, and coordinating licensing processes. Gayle also worked with overseas vendors manufacturing product and coordinated shipping to warehouse or customer. Since 2017, they have been the General Manager at Trinity Repertory Company, and in 2021 they began working as the Accounting Manager at Bristol Elder Services.

Gayle Ulrich obtained a Bachelor's degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth between 1984 and 1986. Prior to that, they attended Houston Community College from 1982 to 1983. In 2015, they returned to the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, which they completed in 2017.
