Tommy Turpin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tommy began their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Marine from 1998 to 2003. After their military service, they joined James Hardie Building Products in 2004, where they held various roles including Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Process Engineer until 2012. Tommy then moved to Oldcastle Infrastructure, where they served as a Multi Site Manager and Plant Manager from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, they joined Allura™ Fiber Cement Products as a Plant Manager and Division Manager, a role they held until 2020. Currently, they are the Vice President of Manufacturing at Bristol Group, Inc. starting from August 2020.
