Kimberly Thibodeau has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. From 1996 to 2000, they worked as a Staff RN at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. In 2000, they joined Bristol Hospital and Health Care Group, Inc. and held various roles including Staff RN, Clinical Informatics Specialist, Lead Clinical Informatics Specialist, and Manager of Clinical Informatics. Kimberly most recently served as the System Director, Clinical and Business Applications.

Kimberly Thibodeau, MSN, RN, RN-BC began their education journey in 1994 at St Francis Hospital School of Nursing, where they obtained a Diploma in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, they enrolled at Walden University in 2014 and completed their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in Nursing Informatics in 2017.
