Bency Sam has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2004, Bency worked as an Officer at UAE Exchange for three years. In 2010, Bency joined VOSTEK LTD, initially as a Recruitment Consultant and later as a Business Development Manager until 2015. From 2016 to 2020, Bency worked as a Human Resources Manager at Oakminster Healthcare Ltd. Bency then transitioned to NHS Education for Scotland in 2021, where they served as a Senior Human Resources Officer for a brief period. Currently, Bency holds the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources & Administration at Bristol Laboratories Ltd.
Bency Sam's education history begins with their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce/Tourism from the University of Kerala, which they completed from 1998 to 2001. Bency then pursued a Master of Tourism Administration from the same university, completing it from 2001 to 2003.
