Dr Ratnadeep Bansode has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry and academia. Dr Ratnadeep worked as a Senior Scientist in Formulation and Process Development at Bristol Laboratories Ltd. from April 2020 to the present. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Scientist in Formulation Development at the same company from September 2016 to April 2020.
Before joining Bristol Laboratories Ltd., Dr. Bansode obtained their PhD in Crystal engineering and Drug delivery from the University of Bradford. During their PhD, they also worked as a Technical Project Assistant, specifically in Co-crystal screening for solubility enhancement, from March 2015 to July 2015.
