Aditya Ghosh

Aditya Ghosh serves as an Associate Director for Manufacturing IT and MES at Bristol Myers Squibb, managing the Manufacturing IT - MES team for the startup and commissioning of the Leiden Cell Therapy Facility. With prior experience as an MES Consultant at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, Aditya has contributed to BMS Devens Syncade Recipe Development and held a Manager role for Recipe Authoring MES at Bristol Myers Squibb, leading MES Syncade projects from inception to deployment. Additional experience includes roles at HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra, and Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on MES support, development, and systems engineering. Aditya holds a Master of Engineering in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Zaragoza Logistics Center and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology.
