Akshay Sudhindra

Akshay Sudhindra, MD, is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in clinical development and oncology. Currently serving as Executive Director of Early Clinical Development at Bristol Myers Squibb since April 2021, Akshay leads a team focused on the advancement of antibody-drug conjugates and immuno-oncology portfolios. Previously held positions include Clinical Development Program Lead for Golcadomide and Executive Director at Kite Pharma. Additional roles include Senior Director at Atara Biotherapeutics, where Akshay played a crucial role in the development of next-generation CAR-T therapies, and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Mount Sinai Health System. Akshay also contributes as a Clinical Instructor at the University of California, San Francisco, and as a Board Observer at EvolveImmune Therapeutics.
