Allison Bianchi

Allison Bianchi is an accomplished biotechnology leader with extensive experience in cell therapy and biologics development. Currently serving as Vice President of Cell Therapy Development at Bristol Myers Squibb, Allison has held significant leadership roles at various companies, including Vice President of Process Sciences at Lyell Immunopharma and Executive Director at Bristol Myers Squibb, focusing on emerging platform process development for cell therapy. Previous positions include Senior Director at Juno Therapeutics, where expertise in technology and research and development was leveraged, and multiple senior scientific roles at Amgen that centered on biologic optimization and high throughput automation in cell culture. Allison's academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Washington and an Engineer's Degree in Biochemical Engineering from Duke University.
