Brett Shaffer

Brett Shaffer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biologics and immuno-oncology sectors, currently serving as Sr. Director and Biologics Value Chain Lead for the Immuno-Oncology Franchise at Bristol Myers Squibb since May 2015, managing brands with an annual revenue exceeding $10 billion. Previously, Brett held several senior roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, including Sr. Director of Biologics Network Strategy & Business Operations and Director of Biologics Product & Long Term Supply Planning. Prior to this, Brett worked at Merck and Genentech in various engineering and management positions, specializing in supply chain and process development. Brett holds an MBA in Finance from Villanova University, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from UC Irvine, a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
