Helena Deus

Helena Deus, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the field of bioinformatics and data science, currently serving as the Director of Translational Medicine and Semantic Data Products at Bristol Myers Squibb. With extensive experience in technology consulting as Principal at EPAM Systems and as a Manager of Bioinformatics at ZS, Helena has also held key positions at Elsevier, including Manager of Elsevier Health Solutions and Director of Disruptive Technologies. Prior roles include Associate Director and Senior Scientist in Medical Knowledge Engineering at Foundation Medicine. Helena holds a PhD in Bioinformatics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Lisbon.
