Jay Brumfield is an accomplished executive in the pharmaceutical industry with over 25 years of experience in quality control operations and analytical sciences. Currently, Brumfield serves as Vice President, Head of Global Quality Control Operations & Analytical Sciences at Bristol Myers Squibb since November 2019, having previously held the role of Vice President, Head of Analytical Strategy and Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of Analytical Development at Celgene, where responsibilities encompassed analytical methods development and quality control. Brumfield also held key roles at Merck Animal Health and Merck, leading efforts in global pharmaceutical sciences and analytical research and development, respectively.
