Jonelle Coletta Parker

Jonelle Coletta Parker is a seasoned executive in human resources with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently, Jonelle serves as SVP for Strategy & Business Excellence and SVP of HR at Bristol Myers Squibb, focusing on the evolution of the Global Product Development and Supply organization, talent management, and the future of work. Prior roles at Bristol Myers Squibb included Vice President of HR for Major and Intercontinental Markets, where strategic HR initiatives supported global markets. Earlier experience at GE Healthcare encompassed global HR leadership roles, notably in organization and talent development, while also managing HR integration during mergers and acquisitions.
