Marek Pachala

Marek Pachala is an accomplished IT Business Partner with extensive experience at Bristol-Myers Squibb since July 1997, where responsibilities have included building IT partnerships, managing business processes, and serving as the Data Privacy Officer. Previously, Marek held multiple managerial roles across Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Romania, focusing on business relationship management, project management, and change management in various IT implementations. Prior to this, experience includes project management and analysis roles at E.Wedel/Pepsico Foods International and ICE Poland, as well as teaching and programming at the Prof. B. Dembinski Foundation. Marek holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and an MBA in Enterprise Management from Kozminski University and the University of Warsaw.
