Carlos Contreras is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and management. Currently serving as the IT Support Lead at VaxCare since February 2021, Carlos previously held roles as a Technical Support Specialist at Asurion and has an extensive history at Concentrix, where Carlos was the Microsoft Senior Technical Support Manager and the NetApp Senior Technical Support Manager, leading technical teams and managing service standards. Additionally, Carlos mentored specialists as the Escalation Manager at Sprint and supported representatives at AT&T.
