Matheen Sait

Matheen Sait is a seasoned Supply Chain Consultant at the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, leading design and improvement projects in the Life Sciences and Industrial sectors since January 2022. Previously, at 3M from 2004 to November 2021, Matheen Sait held various senior roles, including Senior Supply Chain Manager for EMEA, where responsibilities included strategic and operational leadership for logistics networks, and integration of global supply chain processes via SAP ERP implementation. Matheen Sait also directed the Medical/Consumer Tapes Business in the Middle East and Africa, achieving significant profitability improvements and operational enhancements. With a strong background in Lean Management and Industrial Engineering, Matheen Sait holds degrees from Cardiff University, Annamalai University, and The National Institute Of Engineering, Mysore.
