Sathwik P V R currently serves as the R & D International Agile Sourcing Manager at Bristol Myers Squibb, a position held since May 2025. Prior experience includes working as the Category Lead for Contracts and Procurement at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where management of clinical outsourcing contracts for biosimilar development was a primary responsibility, along with supplier evaluation and negotiations. Sathwik has also held the role of Deputy Manager at Syngene International Limited, focusing on CDMO Biologics Business and sourcing, and completed a summer internship at Bosch India in Mobility Solutions. Previous positions include a managerial role in Reliability, Engineering & Maintenance at Reliance Industries Limited and project internships at Bharat Dynamics Limited and Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited. Sathwik holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a BTech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
