Shailesh Mathankar

Shailesh Mathankar is an accomplished professional in the fields of strategy, operations, and data management with a strong background in legal technology. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Operations in Law at Bristol Myers Squibb since December 2024, Shailesh previously held various leadership roles at AIG, including Head of Legal Technology & Operations and Senior Director of the Legal Chief Data Office, where a comprehensive enterprise data management strategy was executed. Additional experience includes managing global data initiatives at Bunge, overseeing IT portfolios at Ernst & Young, and leading project teams at KPMG LLP.
