Staci Hargraves

Staci Hargraves is an accomplished leader in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in drug development and clinical operations. Currently serving as SVP and Head of Transformation, Drug Development at Bristol Myers Squibb since June 2025, Staci previously held several leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, including VP of Innovative Health, Engagement & Advocacy and VP of Portfolio Delivery Operations. Staci's expertise spans strategic organizational capabilities, clinical trial delivery, and driving operational value within multi-billion dollar R&D portfolios. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, PPD, and UCB Pharma, contributing significantly to clinical supply chain operations and regulatory successes. Staci is further advancing her education at Stanford Law School while holding an MBA from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
