Caroline Darker

Caroline Darker has a diverse work experience in various companies. Caroline started their career in Kingfisher as a Graduate Recruitment and Development Manager from July 1994 to February 1997. Caroline then joined Woolworths Group and held various management and leadership development roles from February 1998 to March 2005. In 2006, they became a Learning and Development Manager at Selfridges until September 2008. Caroline then worked for Virgin Media as a Leadership Development professional from September 2008 to December 2008. From April 2009 to July 2010, they took on the role of Learning and Development Manager at Brit Insurance. Caroline then became the Head of Management Development & Communications at Brit Insurance from July 2010 to November 2023. Most recently, Caroline Darker holds the position of Talent Development Director at Brit Insurance starting from August 2022.

Caroline Darker earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Keele University in 1992. Caroline continued their education at Aston University, where they obtained a Master of Science in Personnel Management & Business Administration in 1993. Additionally, they completed a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Aston University in the same year.
