Vishal Shah

Vishal Shah has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Vishal is currently working at Brit Insurance as the Head of Investments & Treasury since October 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Deputy Head of Investments & Treasury from February 2019 to September 2021, and as the Head of Investment Operations from October 2016 to January 2019.

In addition to their current position, Vishal also holds the role of Director at Crystal Palace Community Land Trust since June 2020.

Before joining Brit Insurance, Vishal worked at XL Catlin, where they held the position of Economic Reporting Senior Manager from January 2014 to March 2016, and the role of Group Investment Accounting Manager from April 2009 to December 2013.

Furthermore, Vishal has prior experience at PwC as a Senior Associate from September 2007 to September 2008, and at EY as an Executive from August 2004 to August 2007.

Vishal'searliest work experience dates back to the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) (JET), where they worked as an Assistant Language Teacher from September 2002 to September 2003.

From 1999 to 2002, Vishal Shah earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management from The University of Sheffield. In 2007, they obtained the Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
