Betty Mwagale

Betty Mwagale is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Country Human Resources Manager at Britam since March 2019, Betty provides strategic HR guidance, focusing on employee well-being and engagement while driving a high-performance culture. Previously, as the Manager of Human Resources at Uganda Health Marketing Group, Betty enhanced the employee experience within a leading NGO dedicated to reproductive health. At the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc., Betty contributed significantly to strengthening health systems through effective HR strategies. Additionally, Betty has held the role of Human Resources and Administration Manager at East African Chains Limited, where comprehensive HR services were delivered to support business operations. Betty is pursuing CIPD qualifications and has a background in management from Uganda Management Institute.
