Indranil Gupta

Indranil Gupta possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as General Manager - Own Manufacturing at Britannia Industries Limited since May 2018. Previously, Indranil held multiple roles at Britannia, including Head of Corporate Engineering & Manufacturing Excellence and Regional Manufacturing Head for the South. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Operations at Dabur Nepal & Bangladesh, overseeing manufacturing strategy for 19 plants, and Additional General Manager - Operations at Dabur Foods Ltd, managing fruit and food processing. Indranil's career also includes a significant tenure at Hindustan Unilever Ltd as Central Technical Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing six factories and expansion projects in the Ice Cream business. Indranil Gupta holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
