Konstantinos Samaritis

Konstantinos Samaritis is currently the Divisional Director at Britannia P&I Club, leading Britannia Greece. With a background in handling various P&I and FD&D claims, providing legal advice, managing legal proceedings, and building relationships, Samaritis has gained extensive experience in the maritime industry. Previously, Konstantinos held roles as Head of Legal Department at Pleiades Shipping Agents S.A., Claims Director at Charles Taylor plc, Claims Executive / Lawyer at Skuld, and In-house Legal Counsel at Stealth Maritime Corporation S.A. Additionally, Samaritis has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon and has undergone additional education at the University of Southampton in maritime law.
