Nicola Wong has a diverse work experience in the field of textile design. Nicola started their career as a student at RMIT University in 2013 and continued until 2015. In 2016, they interned at Sunham Home Fashions as a Textile Design Intern and later joined Kova Textiles as a Woven Textile Design Intern, where they worked until July 2017. From July 2017 to November 2020, Nicola worked as a Textile Designer at Britannica Home Fashions, Inc. Nicola then progressed to the role of Textile Design Manager at the same company, where they worked until November 2022. Finally, Nicola was promoted to the position of Design Director at Britannica Home Fashions, Inc. in November 2022, where they currently hold the position.
Nicola Wong studied at RMIT University from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Textile Design with a focus on fashion and textiles. Prior to that, they attended Victoria University in 2005, completing a Graduate Diploma in Community Development, specializing in development economics and international development. Nicola also holds a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies from La Trobe University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004, with a specialization in development economics and international development.
