Nirit Gelfer Jones

Nirit Gelfer Jones currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Britannica Knowledge Systems since July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at USA Capital Group, where marketing campaigns led to a 30% increase in investor engagement and a focus on employee recruitment and culture. At The Jewish Agency for Israel, Nirit held roles as Emissary (Israel Program Director) and Marketing Manager, successfully increasing student engagement and managing collaborations with multiple universities.
