On Kalich

On Kalich has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. On is currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Qualtero, formerly Britannica Knowledge Systems. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing product management.

Before joining Qualtero, On Kalich worked at Encaptiv8 as the Head of Product Management and Development - COO. On played a key role in managing and leading B2B SaaS product offerings, introducing unique offline-to-online value propositions and technologies to improve customer retention and revenues.

Prior to Encaptiv8, On Kalich held various positions at Flash Networks. As the Director of Product Management, Inline User Engagement & Mobile Advertising, they were instrumental in founding and building a new business unit offering revolutionary B2B2C managed cloud services. On also served as the Director of Product Management for Mobile Parental Control and as a Product Manager for the Mobile Internet Services Gateway product line.

On Kalich began their career at Comverse Technology, Inc. as a Software Developer before moving on to roles at Decell and Adjungo Networks as a Software Architect.

On Kalich attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1995 to 1998. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
