Troy Shields

Troy Shields is an experienced technology leader currently serving as CTO at Brite since September 2021, with a strong background in software development. Prior to this role, Troy held various positions at Weave HQ from June 2016 to September 2021, including Software Engineer 5, Tech Lead, and Chapter Lead, where responsibilities ranged from managing development teams to scaling systems for high-volume operations. Troy's career also includes consultancy work at Pariveda Solutions, development roles at Jive Communications, Tap2Game, and HydroDesktop, and an early internship at USAA. Troy holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
