Dave Brown has over 13 years of experience in client success, account management, and financial management. In 2008, they began their career as an Account Executive & Retention Director at Universal Accounting, where they led the sales team to surpass OTE and improved customer enrollment retention rate by 45%. In 2012, they moved to MetaSource as an Enterprise Account Management, managing and serving a three-part solution for 8 enterprise accounts. In 2015, they became the Director of Client Success (DSM) at the University of Utah School of Medicine, where they managed financial and billing relationships and grew annual clinical collections by $525M. In 2017, they joined Banyan Inc. as the Director of Client Success & Onboarding, generating $4M in sales. In 2019, they moved to Qualtrics as a Principal Client Success Consultant - High Growth Accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to enable clients with industry best practices. Currently, they are a Senior Client Success Consultant at BriteCore, leading client expansion motions with sales, project management, legal and finance.

Dave Brown attended the University of Utah from 2009 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Prior to that, they attended Salt Lake Community College from 2005 to 2008 and obtained an Associate's Degree in Economics.
