Matt Mantone is the Chief Operating Officer at BriteLife Recovery and the Founder of Blue Sun Consulting Services, LLC. Prior to their current roles, Matt served as the Executive Director of Operations at Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC, VP of Program Development at SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc., VP of Operations at Pyramid Healthcare, Inc., and Administrative Director of New Hope IBHC at New Hope Integrated Behavioral Healthcare. Matt started their career as a Primary Counselor at Ocean Mental Health Services, Inc. Matt holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Rutgers University - Newark.
