He is currently the Head of Strategy & Digital, Head of Brand & Customer Proposition, and Head of Marketing & Distribution at British Airways Holidays. Additionally, he has experience as an Ancillary Marketing Manager and Trade Relations Manager. Matt has a Bsc degree in Physics from the University of Bristol and is skilled in managing staff, promoting products, and developing training programs.
