Michielle Sego-Johnson

Michielle Sego-Johnson is an accomplished aviation professional currently serving as Vice President of Inflight Services and Catering Operations at United Airlines since January 2022, after holding the position of Managing Director of Inflight Operations & Flight Experience. Michielle began a distinguished career at Delta Air Lines, serving in various roles including General Manager of Inflight Learning and Performance Systems and Flight Attendant. Over a decade at United Airlines (2009-2019), Michielle led the Managing Director of Inflight Hub Operations and Managing Director of Inflight Safety, Training and Compliance, focusing on creating a unified culture and prioritizing safety across the organization. Michielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Speech from Auburn University and is pursuing a Master's in Organizational Communication at DePaul University.
