Gloria Chow-Vanderwell

Gloria Chow-Vanderwell currently serves as the Senior Vice President for the Americas at British Airways, overseeing operations at over 50 airport locations and managing more than 120 daily movements. Previously, Gloria held several prominent roles, including Managing Director of Inflight Services at Alaska Airlines, where strategic oversight of inflight training and safety was emphasized. Other notable positions include General Manager of Inflight Service & Operations at HK Express and Head of Inflight Customer Service & Operations at Cathay Pacific Airways. Gloria's extensive experience also includes leadership roles in ground operations and customer service at various airlines, as well as board membership at the Airline Passenger Experience Association. Gloria holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Gustavus Adolphus College.
