Elaine Teo

Elaine Teo serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources & Organisation Development at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) since April 2022. In addition to this role, Elaine also holds the titles of Senior Vice President and Head of Global Enterprises and Senior Vice President and Head of Investment Facilitation at EDB. Prior to this, Elaine worked at the Strategy Group in the Prime Minister's Office from February 2019 to March 2022 as the Director of Economy and Sustainability and the Director of Economic. Elaine's career at EDB began in April 2009, where roles included Director of Strategic Planning, Deputy Director of Strategic Planning, Head of Strategic Planning, and Head of Infocomms & Media. Elaine is an alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley.
