Mark Loch is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product management and digital strategy, currently serving as Chief Product Officer at British Airways since December 2022. Prior to this role, Mark held various senior positions at Tesco, including Customer Director for Tesco Online, where responsibilities included developing the online customer vision and managing the Tesco Shop App. Mark's earlier roles encompassed leadership positions at IMG, Barclays Bank, and Accenture, alongside experience in sports marketing with the Football Association and Southampton Football Club. Mark holds an MBA from Imperial College London and a Business Administration degree from the University of Bath.
