Robert Walters

Robert Walters is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at British Airways since October 2023. Prior to this role, Robert worked at Cognizant as a Data Engineer specializing in AI and Analytics from August 2021 to September 2023. Previous experience includes significant contributions at Motion Picture Solutions, where Robert developed an ETL pipeline processing millions of delivery messages, optimized billing processes, and deployed machine learning models to enhance operational efficiency. Robert's foundational experience includes data engineering roles at Microsoft, where impactful software security analytics were created, as well as robust technical support roles at ITC Global Security, and military engineering and infantry positions within HM Forces. Robert is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics at Birkbeck, University of London, expected to graduate in 2024.
