Georgina Minter

Georgina Minter has a varied work experience, beginning in 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Hostess/Assistant Manager at Propaganda Promotions Ltd, where they managed the guestlist, greeted guests and showed VIP guests to their reserved tables, ensured guests were satisfied throughout the night, filled in as manager multiple times, managed all social media for the brand, observed staff on shifts, delegated task to team members, motivated staff and reviewed performance of the night to give feedback to the area manager when holding the manager position, and resolved issues with customer complaints or venue problems. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Library Assistant at Baruch College, where they processed students' and corporations' request using Inter-Library Loan program ILLiad, organized folders for corporation requests and returns, and assisted several inventory projects. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as Creator, Producer, and Editor at Shelly Coco, where they planned, created, filmed, and edited content for YouTube, organized a schedule for filming and uploading videos, and planned and managed all social media posts. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as HR Manager and Corporate Trainer at Allure Marketing Group, where they conducted phone screen and second-round interviews, coordinated office daily calendar, trained new account executives, conducted second round interviews, and instructed workshops. Finally, from 2018 to 2019, they worked as Talent Aquisition Specialist & East Coast Recruiter at British American Household Staffing, where they were responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, working intimately with high-end clientele to assess domestic needs and facilitate placements with qualified candidates, and build and manage client accounts, with focus on developing long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service. From 2019 to present, they have worked as a Foster Volunteer at Muddy Paws Rescue, where they provide a foster home and care for rescue dogs, cares for foster dogs including but not limited to decompression, crate training, house training, leash training, general obedience training, grooming, feeding, socializing, administering medication, and taking dogs to vet appointments when needed, and creates a biography and takes high quality photographs and videos for each foster dog for the organizations' social media and pet adoption profiles.
