Georgina Minter has a varied work experience, beginning in 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Hostess/Assistant Manager at Propaganda Promotions Ltd, where they managed the guestlist, greeted guests and showed VIP guests to their reserved tables, ensured guests were satisfied throughout the night, filled in as manager multiple times, managed all social media for the brand, observed staff on shifts, delegated task to team members, motivated staff and reviewed performance of the night to give feedback to the area manager when holding the manager position, and resolved issues with customer complaints or venue problems. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Library Assistant at Baruch College, where they processed students' and corporations' request using Inter-Library Loan program ILLiad, organized folders for corporation requests and returns, and assisted several inventory projects. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as Creator, Producer, and Editor at Shelly Coco, where they planned, created, filmed, and edited content for YouTube, organized a schedule for filming and uploading videos, and planned and managed all social media posts.
