César Borja

César Borja is a seasoned professional in government and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Head of External Affairs for BAT in the LATAM North and Caribbean region since October 2015. Prior to this role, César held various positions at BAT, including Senior Government and Regulatory Affairs Manager and Government Affairs Manager for the Americas and Sub-Saharan Africa. César's experience also includes significant roles at Heliservicio & Mexmar, where responsibilities involved managing legal agreements in aviation and shipping, and at Aeromexico, where César focused on legal management and corporate affairs. Earlier career highlights encompass work as a Special Committee Counsel at the House of Representatives in the Mexican Federal Government and as a Law Clerk at Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres Landa.
