Chaz Nandra

Chaz Nandra is an experienced professional in UX design and innovation, currently serving as the Head of UX Design for Connected Devices at BAT, where responsibilities include integrating design within R&D to develop innovative product concepts. Chaz has held various leadership roles at BAT, including Head of Discovery Design, Head of Open Innovation, and Head of New Technologies Group, focusing on disruptive innovation and strategy development in regulated environments. Additionally, Chaz is a Director at Young Peoples Enterprise Limited and has a background in design engineering, having previously directed innovation at Design Stream Ltd. and consulted for the University for the Creative Arts to create an MBA course for the Creative Industries. Chaz's academic credentials include a Diploma of Imperial College in Innovation Design Engineering and a Master of Design from the Royal College of Art.
