Damyn Musgrave

Damyn Musgrave is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and project management within the electronics industry. Currently serving as a Senior Product Development Manager at BAT since September 2020, Damyn focuses on innovation and emerging technology in consumer electronics. Prior roles include Head of Project Management at Sepura, where leadership of hardware and software teams facilitated the delivery of technical products, and Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group, specializing in electronic systems for diverse clients in the medical and energy sectors. Additional milestones include co-founding GenDrive Ltd to develop power electric converters, and a background as a Senior Electronics Engineer at Cambridge Consultants. Damyn holds a PhD and BEng in Electrical Engineering from The University of Sheffield and is an APM Certified Project Manager to IPMA Level C.
