Eric Isenjia

Eric Isenjia is an experienced professional in electrical and manufacturing leadership, currently serving as the Electrical Lead at BAT since April 2018. Eric leads an electrical maintenance team focused on maximizing production equipment availability and champions critical management systems within the Progressive Maintenance pillar. Prior roles include Team Lead and Process Lead, where Eric drove improvements in operational efficiency and technical proficiency. Eric's earlier experience includes internships at DT Dobie & Company Kenya Limited and KenGen Kenya, where skills were developed in vehicle servicing and electromechanical systems maintenance, respectively. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology.
