In various leadership roles, including Sr. Dir. Group Head of Quality and Global Senior Quality Performance Manager, Fernando has demonstrated a commitment to fostering talent and driving transformation, focusing on delivering superior consumer experiences and reducing health impacts through innovative product offerings. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in International Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Productivity & Quality Management, complemented by an Engineer’s Degree in Engineering and Industrial Management from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
