Lana LE is an experienced regional reward manager with a career spanning over a decade in human resources and rewards management. Currently serving as the Regional Reward Manager for APME West at BAT since July 2013, Lana has held various significant roles, including Regional Lead for Incentives and as Area Head of Reward for multiple regions, overseeing pay and grading strategies. Prior roles include positions at Singapore Power Ltd, Roche Singapore Technical Operations as a C&B Specialist, and Hay Group as a Consultant, where responsibility included managing accounts and delivering client reward projects across the Asia Pacific. Lana holds a Bachelor Degree in Business (Hons) with a focus on Marketing and Business Law from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
