Mihaela Manole

Mihaela Manole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management, quality assurance, and process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Global Master Data Manager at BAT since February 2022 and as Managing Partner at Innobase since June 2020, Mihaela has previously held multiple key roles at Temenos, Oracle, and Genpact, focusing on quality supervision, financial analysis, and process training. Notable achievements include leading improvement projects, coordinating continuous improvement initiatives, delivering Lean and Excel training, and implementing Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Mihaela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages, specializing in Portuguese and French Language and Literature, from the University of Bucharest.
