Milos Stojadinovic

Milos Stojadinovic is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Business Partner Operations and HR Manager at BAT since March 2023. Previously, Milos held the position of HR Manager at Kromberg & Schubert from February 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the HR department for a plant startup that grew to 2000 full-time employees. Prior to this, Milos worked as a Tax Consultant at PwC from December 2015 to February 2017, managing tax-related compliance and reporting for clients in various industries. Early career experiences include internships at Telenor banka and a role as a Work Group Member for the Municipality of Kovin. Milos holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at ESEM Business School, expected to complete in January 2025.
