Penelope Moilwa

Penelope Moilwa possesses extensive legal experience, having held positions such as Area Counsel for Southern Africa Markets and Legal Executive for Business Conduct & Compliance at BAT. Previous roles include Investigations and Enforcement at the B-BBEE Commission and Candidate Attorney at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin. Additionally, Penelope contributed as Student Counsel at the University of the Witwatersrand's Law Clinic and served as a Family Law tutor. Penelope is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law at the University of Johannesburg, following earlier studies at the University of the Witwatersrand.
