Rafael Ardions

Rafael Ardions is an experienced professional with a strong background in order to cash processes and banking operations, currently serving as the Order to Cash Assistant Manager at BAT since July 2019, overseeing operations for multiple countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Previous roles include Banking Operations Assistant Manager and Team Lead, managing diverse payment processes across 18 countries. Rafael's career began in sales and customer service with Prudential do Brasil as a Life Planner Franchisee, followed by a significant tenure at Bodytech Company in various sales and operations management roles, culminating in the position of Regional Sales Operations Manager for 15 fitness centers.
