Stephen Filotas possesses extensive experience in sales and commerce, currently serving as Global Head of Commerce at BAT. Previously, Stephen held several key positions at GILLETTE, including Group Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager, and Brand Manager. Stephen's educational background includes completing the Enigma GM Transition Programme in Business Administration and Management at IMD in 2015, as well as earning a Master of International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina between 1994 and 1996.
