Beatrix Schlarb-Ridley

Beatrix Schlarb-Ridley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and impact within the scientific and academic sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Innovations and Impact at the British Antarctic Survey, Beatrix has held various influential roles, including Enterprise and Outreach Officer and Coordinator of the CambPlants Initiative at the University of Cambridge. Additional positions include Director of the InCrops Algal Innovation Centre Project and Business Innovation Manager at Adapt Low Carbon Group, as well as Research Fellow at Corpus Christi College Cambridge. Beatrix holds both an MPhil and a PhD from the University of Cambridge, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
