Beatrix Schlarb-Ridley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and impact within the scientific and academic sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Innovations and Impact at the British Antarctic Survey, Beatrix has held various influential roles, including Enterprise and Outreach Officer and Coordinator of the CambPlants Initiative at the University of Cambridge.
