With a background in cycling coaching, sales, and management roles in various organizations, they have also served as the GB Team Manager for the British Dragon Boat Racing Association. Additionally, they have experience in health and safety consulting and project management. They hold degrees in health science & epidemiology, management, and are a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
